They have fullfill exact all commitments which is mentioned in contract. Entire vandna construction team is very supportive and helpful. I am very much satisfied with construction work.

Main Marriage Hall site is under construction. The design presentation is so good that now everyone can see how the Marriage Hall will look after being built. Building Design/Architecture: 5/5 They came up with excellent & appealing building design. The building has ample ventilation in terms of air & natural light.
Structural Work: 4.8/5
They conducted strength testing (Schmidt-Hammer Rebound test) of the building by experienced professionals. The structure gained optimum strength after a month.
Timelines: 4.1/5
The speed of execution is better compared to other construction firms.
Trustworthiness: 5/5
They adhered to quality of materials as mentioned in agreement. In some cases when there was shortage of committed material and they had to choose from another brand (same quality/category) to meet the project timelines, they informed in advance and only after a go from our side, they proceeded.
Feedback Acceptance: 4.8/5
During the entire tenure of the project, if there is some feedback from my end, they accepted the feedback and incorporated it in remaining work.

Overall they adhered to category & class of materials as mentioned in agreement.

They deputed a dedicated site engineer to facilitate & manage resources (materials, manpower, etc.) at construction site daily. This helped a lot to get quick updates and actions items for today or the coming days.

They have ample manpower to meet project timelines. However, instances of a couple of laborers being imprudent & creating unnecessary trouble at site is no exception to any project. After the complaint from our side, the company replaced them.
Personal note based on my interactions with a few employees during the project: Er. Vivekanand is a skilled professional and efficiently leading the organization, providing valuable inputs at every stage of work. Er. Azad & Er. Shubham is a good executioner of the project. They continuously monitored the progress of work. Er. Sonu is young and an efficient site engineer.
